Reading Under the Lights (RUL) is a FREE literacy program that provides new, free books to students PreK-4th grade and to help combat the “Summer Slide." From free books, great food, engaging story walks, and surprise meet-and-greets from story book characters, students and parents alike will leave the event ready for summer reading!
